[Top 8] Korean Foods for Foreigners

I have a foreign friend! But what do we eat together?

The test is over. I applied for a language exchange to improve my English. Pretty Swiss sister became my partner. On my first meeting, I was worried about my English, but I was more worried about Korean food. Based on my experiences, I reccomend the foods that the seal applause came out when I took foreign friends.

Korean Foods for Freignners - TOP 8 -

1. Grilled Pork

Grilled Pork (삼겹살)

It's similar to a Western barbecue, so it's the best menu. If you tell us the samhap style of eating grilled garlic on lettuce, rice cake. In the West, meat is often eaten as a side dish, so ask, "Would you like some rice?" You can also try the doenjang stew beta service as a bonus.

2. Rice Mixed with Vegetables and Beef

Rice Mixed with Vegetables and Beef (비빔밥)

Surprisingly, meat is not good in Korean food. The hard part when I met a vegetarian friend. If you show Bibimbap at this time, you'll be sangsangbong, which is called 'Korean Colorful Beautiful Food.' A contributor to the Guardians of the United States once praised Dolsot Bibimbap for "winter soul food."

3. Fried Chicken

Fried Chicken (치킨)

How can I discuss Korean food without eating Korean soul food chicken? There are no sauces with sweet sauce or crispy tempura mixed with soy sauce. Even though it was deep fried in regular fried chicken, I saw seasoned chicken and I really liked how the chicken can be sweetened. In Europe, fried chickens were rarely eaten, which made them even more curious.

4. Ginseng Chicken Soup

Ginseng Chicken Soup (삼계탕)

Jananese food especially favorite. Rumor has it that it is good for skin beauty, and there is a waiting line at Samgyetang in Japan, Gyeongbok Palace's famous Samgyetang restaurant was thought to have come to tourist attractions because there are more foreigners than Koreans. Some people feel burdened with the whole visual of a chicken with a braided leg.

5. Dried Seaweed Rolls

Dried Seaweed Rolls (김밥)

I was on my way to Climbing Inwangsan with a friend from England. I was a vegetarian friend (also!) An bibimbap, miso stew in front of the car was anxious because I was nervous. I went to Kimbab Heaven to buy a snak to eat in the mountains. When he looked back quitely, my friend was taking a video of her making gimbap. How ca you make that thick roll in five munutes? After that, one meal was eaten every day.

6. Pancake Stuffed with Brown Sugar

Pancake Stuffed with Brown Sugar (호떡)

Let's show the new world of street food at Gwangjang Market, Myeong-dong, and Busan PIFF Square. According to the Korea Tourism Organization survey, the number one experience foreigners want to try was 'street food culture'. If you see hotteok, pit it in your hand when spraying. Hotteok Mix is a savior when it comes to the difficult situation of an exchange student or traveling to Korean food. When I make hotteok from a mix in a foreign country, it wasn't just a testimony that I reached a full record, saying, "It's like a dessert cake."

7. Pan-Fried Pancake & Rice Wine

Pan-Fried Pancake & Rice Win (전 + 막걸리)

Mungdae Tteok and Assorted Jeon are easy foods for foreigners. Very greasy but crunchy, I liked the edges (there's no matter what the country is). Korean traditional sake rice wine is also essential. A friend who drank makgeolli in a slow village with low sour taste continued to say sweet milk and died. Since then, he sait, "dangerous alcohol."

8. Kimchi Fried Rice & Stew

Kimchi Fried Rice & Stew (김치볶음밥 + 김치찌개)

"Do you like Kimchi?" It is now a gag material, but kimchi is an important food in Korean food culture. I was worried at first becuase of the peculiar smell, but I ate it well, saying it looks like pepper pickles. On the other hand, some friends did not like hoy and tasteless. Saying that there is a dislike.

If you want to start with kimchi fried rice, if you want to enjoy kimchi, suggest kimchi stew with plenty of pork. In particular, Hallyu fans are very fond of kimchi stew because they saw it in a drama.

Surprisingly, foreign friends were reluctant to eat Tteokbokki. Many people did not enjoy the texture of the rice cake. Unfamiliar with eating cold, they also had a bad look at sashimi, such as cold noodles, sashimi, and sashimi. You can eat a little bit, but you can't eat one meal. Of course it's Kebakke.

Still, I like Korean food and it feels good to see them eat deliciously. I want everyone to like what they like. Korean food feeding is a success. Invite them to explain how you made kimchi.
